Saw this wonderful green sweater at Forever 21 at 313@Somerset but it was out of reach! That's Joycelyn in the photo, but even I couldn't reach it - and I'm about 1.7m tall.

What's the point of putting clothing on display where nobody but the super-tall can reach? What do you think?

It's so cute! Apparently a Final Fantasy XI commemorative gift of some sort. According to the shopkeeper, the Chocobo chick makes chirping sounds when you place it on your palm. Retailing for $27.90 at Funzcentre AMK Hub.

Did you guess that this shiny glass tower is an office building in Raffles Place, Shenton Way or Tanjong Pagar?

It's actually The Orchard Residences, a towering residential development that's part of ION Orchard. I've never actually realized how tall it was until I looked up while walking over from Paterson Road.

According to the project board at the construction site, it's 56 stories high and will have a 2-storey observation deck when completed. Cool huh?

Another fun fact for the day!

Just passed by this morning and saw that the new Scape mall at Orchard which is targeted at teens is coming up real fast.

Somehow the look reminds me of illuma at Bugis. Especially the round reflective light thing on the ceiling.

Somehow I feel that this building looks too cheapo to be in Orchard.
